Standard, in-stock products are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of order confirmation. Custom-fitted cranial prosthetic systems and personalized products require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order. Production timelines for custom orders typically range from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the product and current order volume.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship through major U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options available at checkout may include standard ground, expedited, and overnight delivery. Tracking information is provided by email once the order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping, if available, will be reflected at checkout.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging without external markings indicating the nature of the contents, in keeping with the privacy expectations of patients receiving medically related products.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at operations@sohcranialsolutions.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, including U.S. territories. International shipping may be available for institutional and federal contracting orders by special arrangement.

Government and Institutional Orders
